Define configuration, Specification and business analysis requirement.
Perform quality assurance.
Define reporting and alerting requirements.
Own and develop relationship with partners, work with them to optimize and enhance our integration
Report on common source of technical issues and question and make recommendation to product team
Communicate key insights and finding to product team.
constantly be on look out for way to improve monitoring, discover issues and delivery better values to the customer
Qualification and Skills:
Previous experience as business analyst.
Degree in IT/ Computer Science.
Proven experience in eliciting and testing.
Experience in analyzing data to draw business relevant conclusion in data visualization techniques and tools.
Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
Basic knowledge of generating process documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
