Quality Analyst

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Reviewing requirement and specification and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well structure test plans and test cases.

  • Estimate, Prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

  • Design and develop and execute and automation script using open source tools

  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.

  • Perform through regression testing when bugs are resolved.

  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing product to meet client needs.

  • Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirement.

  • Monitoring debugging process results.

  • Investigate the cause of non-conforming software and train user to implement solution.

  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect count.

  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Proven experience in software development or quality analyst.

  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.

  • Experience in writing clear concise, comprehensive test plans and test cases.

  • Experience in black and white box and automated testing.

  • Knowledge of SQL Scripting.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum processes.
