Responsibilities

 Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and
potential business opportunities in international markets.

 Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies and offerings accordingly.

 Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies for penetrating international markets,
including market segmentation, target account selection, and pipeline development.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development,
marketing, and operational initiatives.

 Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand
their business objectives and position our solutions effectively.

 Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to drive successful deal
closures and achieve sales targets.

 Track sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline progress to assess performance against targets and
identify areas for improvement.

 Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to communicate sales results,
forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

 Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a
competitive edge and drive innovation.

 Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry events to enhance sales skills and
knowledge.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field;
MBA preferred.

 Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a focus on international markets.

 Deep understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, cloud services, and
emerging technologies.

 Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and
develop strategic sales plans.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and credibility with clients and partners.

 Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

 Ability to travel internationally as needed.

 Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
