Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Perform planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional designing, development, testing, and implementation of IT solution as ERP, CRM and other business applications

  • Meet with client-side team members such as decision-makers, system owners, and end-users to define business requirements, do the business process mapping and document all the requirements in detail without any ambiguity

  • Able to gap analysis between the client requirement and BrowseInfo such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications

  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and  develop strategies for improving and further leveraging the system

  •  Coordinate activities simultaneously for multiple projects

  • Create system models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to the application developer

  • Planning and collaborating with technical team  to design solutions based on clients' requirements
  • Create in-depth implementation  plans and implementation schedules for development, testing teams and customers
  • Collaborate and communicate with the technical team to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
  • Keep the project within the scope identify the proper changes request and version of scope of work and addendums

  • Uses ITPM agile methodology effectively when performing all the tasks
  • End-user training & post implementation helpdesk support for clients facing technical or function issues with software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issue related to BrowseInfo such ad ERP, CRM and other business applications
