Traceback (most recent call last): File "/odoo14/odoo-server/odoo/http.py", line 638, in _handle_exception return super(JsonRequest, self)._handle_exception(exception) File "/odoo14/odoo-server/odoo/http.py", line 314, in _handle_exception raise exception.with_traceback(None) from new_cause NameError: name 'xlwt' is not defined I am not a developer hence I don't know how to install these packages on my server. The description of the app did not contain that these packages are needed to use the app. Please find a soltion or refund.
