Successfully review job description to understand the need of company as well ask question that help identifying right candidates.
Understanding technical roles, skills and technology.
Sourcing and uncovering candidates, through job portals, networking sites and LinkedIn.
Ascertaining the competence of candidates against the technical job description through screening.
Assist in On boarding new joiners and documentation.
To handle end to end recruitment process.
Qualification and Skills:
Candidates must have IT recruitment experience.
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelors degree is required.
