Roles and Responsibility:

  • Recruiting staffs that includes developing job description and person specification, Preparing job advertisement and post on various portals.

  • Conduct all the campus interviews, shortlisting and scheduling interviews.

  • Conducting reference check, preparing offer letter and appointment letter for new hires.

  • Joining and orientation formalities.

  • Maintaining and updating employee data and personal files.

  • Maintaining and updating soft copy of employee data.

  • Compensation and benefits administration.

  • Develop, maintain HR policies and procedure.

  • Maintain review the system of performance appraisal  and continuously develop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisal are carried out on time.

  • Payroll, Time keeping management,  leave and attendance.

  • Employee counselling and grievance handling .

  • To conduct employment activities.

  • Preparing warning, termination, experience, promotion and relieving letter.

  • Conduct exit formalities. 

Qualification and Skills:

  • Candidate must have IT recruitment experience as recruitment will be major part of  this profile.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must posses knowledge of labour law

  • Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment and able to take initial and technical round of interview.
